Our Technicians and Account Managers, who provide our IT support for schools, are backed by our own fully qualified Installation Engineers, so every job stays in‑house.
We invest heavily in specialist training and hire the very best people. Every single member of staff is Enhanced DBS checked.

We look after school networks, devices and accounts every day, so we hold ourselves to a high standard on security too. Agile ICT is certified under Cyber Essentials, the UK government-backed scheme run by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
To stay certified, we’re independently checked against the five controls that protect against the most common cyber attacks, and we renew every year.
