Salary: £18-25K + company car + benefits, Depending on Experience
The standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with the added benefit of being able to work from home when not at customer sites.

The role of the Field IT Support Technician:
The role of Field based IT support engineer will involve working as part of a small team providing on-site and remote support to schools across the South Coast. The ideal candidate for the IT Support Technician role will have at least 3 years’ experience in Windows Server focussed IT support.
We are looking for an individual in good health with a full driving licence, who has expertise and experience in the following areas and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
This role is subject to a clear Enhanced DBS check.
The IT Support Technician will need experience and understanding of the following:
- Windows Server 2019/2016/2012R2
- Windows 10 desktop systems
- Active Directory
- Group Policy
- Deployment Services – WDS/MDT/WSUS
- Networking (Switching/VLANs/Routing/Firewalls)
- Network Security
- Managed Antivirus
- Managed Backup
- Enterprise Wireless administration
